You are welcome to search the Northern California database, Southern California database, and the database for the whole country. Using these links, you have access to the entire MLS (multiple listing service) that professional real estate agents use. These search tools contain the same “listings” (properties for sale) available to real estate professionals like us; however, because they are for public viewing, they will not contain some of the detailed information that is intended for real estate professionals only. In addition, the information may be a week behind; for example, a house that just “sold”, may still show up as “for sale” on this list and a brand new listing may take a week to show up.
